About The Role
As we continue expanding across Europe, we are looking for a strategic and market-oriented Regional Brand Manager to support the development and execution of our regional brand strategy. Reporting to the Europe Brand Leader, this role will play a key role in shaping localized brand positioning, building regional brand systems, and driving consistent brand experiences across European markets. This position requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong cross-functional collaboration, working closely with headquarters and local markets to strengthen brand relevance and market impact.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Brand Strategy & Localization
- Support the Europe Brand Leader in developing and executing regional brand strategies across European markets.
- Contribute to regional brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and localization approaches.
- Translate consumer insights, market intelligence, and cultural trends into actionable brand recommendations.
- Support market-entry and localization initiatives for priority markets.
Brand Governance & Brand Systems
- Build and maintain regional brand governance processes and standards.
- Manage regional brand assets, guidelines, and messaging frameworks.
- Ensure brand consistency across customer touchpoints and local market activities.
- Support governance processes for branded materials and communications.
Brand Planning & Strategic Projects
- Lead or support cross-market brand initiatives and strategic projects.
- Develop brand toolkits and frameworks for local teams and partners.
- Coordinate regional initiatives involving marketing, PR, product, customer experience, and sales teams.
- Support both consumer-focused and fleet-related brand projects where applicable.
Creative Standards & Brand Experience
- Define and maintain standards for regional creative execution.
- Collaborate with agencies and creative partners on material development.
- Ensure localization efforts align with overall brand direction.
- Review and optimize customer-facing assets across channels.
Insights & Performance
- Monitor brand health, awareness, and market performance.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer analysis.
- Translate research findings into strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
Required
- 6–8+ years of experience in brand management, brand strategy, or regional marketing roles.
- Experience working across multiple European markets.
- Strong understanding of localization strategy and consumer behavior in Europe.
- Experience in automotive, mobility, premium consumer products, or related sectors.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting international market expansion projects.
- Experience working within matrix organizations.
- Understanding of both B2C and fleet/business environments.
