Montash are currently seeking an LLM Data Scientist for a leading consultancy based in Amsterdam, that are investing heavily in next-generation AI. You'll be at the centre of designing, building, and deploying LLM-powered agents that interact with data, tools, and core business applications. You'll shape agentic solutions that support complex workflows and real-world decision-making, working closely with engineering teams to take your AI agents from prototype to production.
What you'll be doing
- Building and deploying LLM-powered agents integrated with data and business systems
- Designing agentic workflows that support complex, multi-step decision-making
- Collaborating with engineers to productionise AI using modern development practices
- Translating business problems into data-driven, AI-powered solutions
- Supporting stakeholders in understanding agent behaviour and driving continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Strong background in LLM, Generative AI, or NLP solutions (ideally in production environments)
- Solid Python skills and a track record of delivering production-ready code
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen) is a strong advantage
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals, RAG, prompt engineering, and modern AI development patterns
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar field
- Fluent in English; comfortable in Agile teams
