🚀 Hiring: Deskside Technician – End User Computing (EUC)

We are looking for an experienced Deskside Technician / EUC Support Engineer to join a leading enterprise IT support team in Venlo, Netherlands.
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Provide onsite deskside and technical support to end users
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
✅ Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals
✅ Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, and wireless connectivity
✅ Manage incident tickets and ensure SLA compliance
✅ Deliver VIP/Executive user support
✅ Assist with Windows deployment, upgrades, and migrations
What We're Looking For:
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in EUC, Desktop Support, or Deskside Support
✔️ Strong experience supporting Windows environments
✔️ Knowledge of:
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
- Ghost Imaging
- USMT (User State Migration Tool)
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- LAN/WAN & Network Connectivity
- Printer & Scanner Support
✔️ Strong customer-facing and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Mandatory Requirements:
🔹 Dutch Language Proficiency – B2 Level
🔹 Availability to work onsite in Venlo, Netherlands
