As the Organization Development (OD) Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling two critical pillars within the OD function. The first pillar focuses on professionalizing our project management lifecycle—from intake and mapping to learning activations and NPS tracking—ensuring all OD initiatives are data-driven and globally aligned. The second pillar (S2) positions you as the primary Data Steward and Community Lead, driving the success of our Action Plans and Monthly Champion engagements to ensure pulse survey results translate into tangible organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
Pillar 1: Project Excellence & Learning Activations
- Project Lifecycle Management: Own the OD project mapping and "Project Intake" process. Design success metrics for new and past transformation initiatives.
- Wrike Ownership: Serve as the platform administrator and power user for Wrike. Build project templates, monitor the phasing of all active projects, and ensure the team remains on track against deadlines.
- Learning Activations: Create and execute activation strategies for OD learning programs, ensuring high adoption and engagement across the North America Zone in partnership with PDL.
- Impact Tracking & NPS: Act as the North America owner for Net Promoter Score (NPS) and survey success tracking. Coordinate with Global teams to monitor the impact of past projects and maintain a historical success library.
- The OD Scorecard: Build and maintain the OD Department Scorecard, translating project data into high-level insights for the SVP and executive leadership(CTO).
- Stakeholder Synergy: Build "lockstep" relationships with internal Project Managers (PM), Change Managers (CM), and Global partners to ensure process design is consistent and information flows seamlessly.
Pillar 2: S2 Strategy & Data Stewardship
- S2 Data Steward: Act as the primary guardian and animator of the S2 system data in partnership with PX. Ensure the platform is up to date, aligned with Global assets.
- Champion Community Lead: Organize and lead Monthly Champion Meetings. Drive key topics, share best practices, and build a high-performing community of S2 advocates across the business.
- Action Plan Acceleration: Monitor and drive the success of Action Plans. Ensure Pulse plans are completed by business leaders and provide the data support necessary to move from "insight" to "action."
- Strategic Communications: Coordinate all S2-related communications, ensuring clear, consistent messaging regarding survey windows, results, and success stories.
- Global Alignment: Maintain constant contact with Global teams to ensure local S2 initiatives are compliant with broader L'Oréal frameworks while meeting NA-specific needs.
