Pacific International is partnering with a global leader in the renewable energy ecosystem. The organisation is seeking a strategically minded Chief Sales Officer Europe to lead and scale its go-to-market strategy across Europe. The role carries full responsibility for regional performance across multiple profit centres, driving sustainable revenue growth through a high-performance, customer-centric organisation. The successful candidate will ensure strong alignment with global strategy and consistent delivery of premium value to customers across European markets
Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Growth Strategy, defining and executing go-to-market strategies to exceed revenue, profitability and market share targets.
- Own Sales Performance, driving distribution and project sales with a focus on value based selling.
- Build & Develop high performing teams.
- Strengthen customer and partner relationships, establishing and maintaining relationships with distribution partners, key customers, and strategic asset owners.
- Foster a winning culture, that promotes collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Leadership across product development, operations and global leadership to ensure successful execution of regional initiatives.
- Market expansion & positioning, by identifying new market opportunities, drive expansion strategies and elevate brand positioning across Europe.
- Operational Excellence ensuring strong forecasting, pipeline management and disciplined execution across the sales lifecycle.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience leading high-performing sales and customer engagement teams across multiple European markets within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong experience selling premium, high value solutions, while translating global strategy into regional execution
- A track record of establishing trusted, long-term relationships with strategic customers, distribution partners and internal stakeholders.
- A commitment to fostering an engaging, high performance work environment
- Deep understanding of European markets, business practices and cultural nuances
- Strong communication, negotiation and executive presence.
- Fluency in English, additional European languages strongly preferred
