POSITION SUMMARY
The 10X People Services Advisor serves as a trusted partner to a portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to their organizational and people challenges. You excel at context switching, leading Talent and HR projects from diagnosis through implementation, and delivering high-quality HR services that drive business results. This role combines full-cycle recruitment account management with outsourced HR advisory support, helping small business owners align people strategy to business strategy.

- Clients consistently trust you as a strategic partner for both talent acquisition and HR advisory support.
- You successfully manage a portfolio of Recruitment Services and HR Services clients with high responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability.
- You help business owners make strategic hiring and people decisions that support revenue growth, operational scale, and employee retention.
OBJECTIVES
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with People Services clients and their leadership teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both Recruitment Services and HR Services engagements.
- Coach clients on strategic hiring practices, organizational structure, onboarding, employee performance, and workforce planning.
- Guide business owners and leadership teams on HR best practices, people processes, and scalable workforce strategies.
- Partner with Recruiters to execute full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing strategy, interview coordination, candidate experience, and offer management.
- Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions, onboarding plans, interview processes, scorecards, and organizational structures.
- Help clients navigate employee relations conversations, performance accountability, and leadership communication challenges while escalating sensitive matters appropriately.
- Ensure timely communication and weekly updates with clients to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Track recruiting progress, client deliverables, and workforce initiatives through internal systems and reporting tools.
- Create and execute recruiting strategies to help clients achieve hiring goals and target start dates.
- Ensure candidates receive timely follow-up and a remarkable experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with internal People Services leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement, client expansion, and service enhancement.
- Represent Cardone Ventures and the 10X brand through professionalism, accountability, urgency, and high-level client service.

- Ability to create recruiting and workforce strategies across multiple industries and organizational structures.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to lead client-facing meetings and workforce discussions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Advisory, or Account Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience supporting small business owners or multi-client environments preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM SCP- preferred
