About the Role: You will own daily execution of paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels. You will scale GoSats spend while improving CAC and conversion rates. You will work hand-in-hand with the Growth and Creative team. Strong technical understanding of attribution (gclid, gbraid, IDFA, SKAdNetwork) is required.
Required Skills
- 4+ years running paid acquisition at consumer apps with 100K+ MAU
- Hands-on with Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads Manager, Apple Search Ads
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution, ATT framework
- Comfort with Mixpanel
- Strong creative testing rigor and audience experimentation
