Role Purpose

This is a new role that will cover brand, product, digital and channel marketing.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in continuing to shape Rada’s future in the sanitary, installation, and commercial-specification markets, supporting the sales and product teams with high‑quality marketing tools, campaigns and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Product Marketing
- Develop and execute brand and marketing plans for Benelux in line with Rada’s brand framework.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues, datasheets, installation schemes and internal product memos (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Manage multimedia promotions across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook and other relevant channels.
- Create product presentations and support the Sales team with marketing materials tailored to customer needs.
- Translate Rada and third‑party manuals into Dutch (and occasionally from Dutch to English).
- Coordinate BIM file updates with Rada UK and product suppliers.
Digital & Content Management
- Maintain and update content of Rada’s Dutch and Belgian Dutch websites.
- Ensure product data accuracy by managing the PIM/2BA system and maintaining EDPs in collaboration with UK and supplier contacts.
- Collaborate with Masterdata teams to ensure complete and accurate product specifications.
Campaigns, Events & Exhibitions
- Plan, design and manage exhibition booths, including layout, visual design, product selection, build coordination and on‑site support.
- Develop advertising materials and write editorial content for industry publications targeting installers, wholesalers and sanitary sector audiences.
Data, Insights & Commercial Support
- Conduct marketing research, collect market data and analyse customer needs to support business decisions.
- Manage A&P budgets, ensuring accurate planning, spending and reporting.
- Provide internal and external customer support using appropriate CRM or sales‑support tools.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the Rada Europe Sales Team, Product Manager, Office Manager and UK colleagues.
- Prepare and deliver marketing inputs for internal projects and cross‑functional initiatives.

Skills/Requirements
Education & Experience
- HBO/Bachelor‑level degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in marketing, product marketing or channel marketing.
- Experience in commercial specification markets (e.g., healthcare, sanitary, installer markets) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required.
- Strong written and spoken Dutch and English; German is a plus.
