In this role, you operate at the intersection of business, technology and AI. You are responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities and turning them into smart, scalable solutions that improve how the organisation works. You engage with stakeholders to understand bottlenecks, challenge existing use cases and prioritise where AI can create the most value. You do not just advise; you build. From rapid MVPs and prototypes to working implementations, you translate ideas into practical solutions that can be tested, adopted and scaled.
The environment is complex, with multiple systems, data sources and legacy processes. You bring structure, move fast and build solutions that work in practice. This may include automation, workflow tooling, decision-support solutions, data-driven applications or AI-native capabilities.
You work closely with enterprise architecture, data and technology teams to make sure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with existing standards. At the same time, you bring the creativity and speed needed to apply the latest AI-native technologies in a controlled and impactful way.

Job requirements
- Strong background in software engineering, automation or technical solution development
- Proven experience building solutions in complex enterprise environments
- AI-native builder with hands-on experience in LLMs, agents, copilots and modern AI tooling
- Skilled in Python, APIs, orchestration, integrations and cloud tooling
- Able to move from idea to MVP to scalable implementation
- Comfortable working in fragmented technology landscapes and legacy environments
- Strong ability to connect business needs with technical execution
- Pragmatic, curious, communicative and impact-driven
- Experience in retail, high-volume operations or complex process environments
