About the role:
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to strengthen our commercial team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales Manager and Customer Success team. You’ll be involved in both new business generation, sales support and sales, helping turn interest into qualified opportunities.
This is not a pure cold-calling role. It’s a mix of:
- Outbound sales
- Inbound lead qualification
- Pre-sales / technical discovery
- Opportunity scoping
- Closing deals
- CRM and pipeline management
We make a real impact with our CPQ software, so this role is about more than just booking meetings. We’re looking for someone who can ask the right questions, understand customer needs quickly, stay structured, and help move deals forward in a smart way.
What you bring to the table:
- 1–3 years of experience in software sales
- Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads
- Commercially sharp, proactive and structured
- Strong communication skills and good at asking the right questions
- Able to work in a scale-up environment where things move fast and ownership matters
Nice to have:
- Affinity with ERP systems
- Experience with CPQ
- Experience with HubSpot
- Affinity with configurations, complex products and/or manufacturing environments
