The Role
- Participate in an intensive 18-month traineeship focused on data science in the financial sector
- Translate complex challenges into smart, data-driven solutions
- Work with large datasets to analyze, clean, and identify patterns, trends, and risks
- Build and test machine learning models for risk assessment, customer behavior, fraud detection, or process optimization
- Utilize Python and modern ML libraries, applying both supervised and unsupervised learning
- Present insights through reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Python, SQL) to colleagues and clients
What You'll Need
- Completed HBO or WO education in IT, Data Science, AI, Econometrics, Finance, or similar field
- Interest in innovation and the financial sector
- Basic knowledge of Python and/or SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Fluent in Dutch
- Residing in the Netherlands
