As we continue our rapid expansion across Europe and beyond, we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth across multiple markets.
Your Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own and execute the full marketing scope for key European markets (currently the Netherlands, Germany, and France), working cross-functionally with clinics, external partners, and internal teams. This is a highly operational, fast-paced role with broad responsibility and direct business impact.
Key Responsibilities
🌍 Multi-Market Marketing Management
- Own and execute marketing strategies across multiple European markets
- Adapt campaigns to local audiences while maintaining brand consistency
- Work closely with the management team successfully executing EU expansion plans
💻 Digital & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimise Google Ads in collaboration with external partners
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
- Oversee third-party advertising partnerships
📱 Social Media & Content
- Manage all social media channels (organic + paid)
- Lead content creation (visual + copy) using design tools and AI tools
- Drive influencer marketing initiatives and partnerships
- Handle community management and engagement
🌐 Website & Booking Experience
- Manage and update website content
- Collaborate with IT to improve booking systems and customer journeys
- Create and optimise automated emails (booking confirmations, reminders, etc.)
🏥 In-Clinic Marketing
- Create and manage print materials for clinics (flyers, posters, promos) – proficiency in Canva is a great plus
- Coordinate production and ensure timely delivery aligned with campaigns
- Manage digital screens, TV content, and other local area marketing within clinics
- Organise & execute new clinic opening events (partners, influencers, customers)
⭐ Reputation & Local Presence
- Manage Google Business profiles (GMB)
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews
- Work closely with clinics to improve ratings and customer feedback
📨 CRM & Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Optimise lifecycle communication and promotions
🤝 Partnerships & PR
- Develop and manage partnerships with brands and media
- Coordinate PR initiatives and local activations
📊 Project & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate multiple campaigns across markets simultaneously
- Work closely with internal teams (clinics, IT, operations)
- Manage and mentor an intern
Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-market environment
- Strong hands-on mentality: you are both strategic and execution-driven
- Experience with performance marketing (Google Ads, paid social)
- Proven experience managing social media and content creation
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience working with external partners and agencies
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
Language Skills
- Fluency in English required
- German and/or Dutch strongly preferred
- Any additional European language (especially French) is a strong plus
