Growth Marketing Manager, eCommerce, Amsterdam, c. €60-70K
The Role
This is a hands-on performance role.
You’ll run paid media across European markets — search, shopping and paid social — with one clear goal: drive revenue and acquisition.
No passengers. You’re in the platforms, in the data, making decisions daily.
What You’ll Own
- Execution and optimisation across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) + Paid Social
- Budget management and performance across multiple markets
- Testing across audiences, creative, bidding and feeds
- KPI delivery (CPA, ROAS, CVR) — and improving them
- Reporting that actually drives decisions, not just visibility
- Collaboration with product, analytics and creative to unlock performance
What They’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in performance marketing (search + paid social)
- Strong hands-on Google Ads (Search & Shopping is non-negotiable)
- Comfortable with data, attribution and testing
- Can manage multiple markets without losing control
- Proactive — spots problems early and fixes them
Nice to Have
- eCommerce or agency background
- Feed / shopping experience
- App or attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Additional European language (ideally French or German)
