Not someone who manages a diary. Someone who owns it. Who sees what's coming before it arrives, solves problems before they're flagged, and keeps everything moving without needing to be asked twice.
This goes well beyond traditional executive support. You're the operational backbone of the CEO's world, the person who ensures nothing slips, priorities stay clear, and the small things never become big ones. Over time, there is real scope to take ownership of broader office operations and, eventually, the people within it.

What You'll Own
Calendar and inbox management, with priorities protected and nothing chased twice. End-to-end travel and logistics, including real-time problem solving when plans change. Recruiting coordination that is fast, organised, and frictionless. Office operations, increasingly yours to define and improve. Stakeholder visits handled with care. Administrative work done with precision.
Who You Are
You've operated inside a startup and you know what that actually means. Ambiguity doesn't faze you. Processes that don't exist yet don't faze you. A founder who moves fast and expects you to keep up doesn't faze you.
You're organised in a way most people aren't, you communicate clearly, close loops without prompting, and handle sensitive information with the judgment it deserves. You don't wait to be told something is a problem. You've already fixed it.
Fluent in English and Dutch. Amsterdam-based.
The Practicalities
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amsterdam. You'll be there every day, embedded in the team and close to the action. The position operates on a freelance basis, so you'll need to be set up accordingly, or be prepared to do so before starting.
