• You have an academic working and thinking level;
• You have 5+ years of experience in similar roles within complex IT environments;
• You have a demonstrable affinity for complex end-to-end analytics product delivery;
• You have strong leadership capabilities to foster a collaborative and result driven culture;
• You have a solid understanding of software lifecycle management and quality assurance;
• You have experience in hiring, mentoring and empowering tech talent;
• You embrace Agile, Scrum, DevOps and software craftmanship principles;
• You communicate clearly and concisely in English, both verbally and in writing;
• You are known for maintaining control over budget, risk, compliance and HR;
• You have both high level and hands on experience with GenAI capabilities.
Experience in an ML Ops environment is a big plus;
Experience in a regulated / banking environment is a big plus.
