Responsibilities

Develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics.
Build and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability (batch and real-time).
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver impactful results.
Ensure data systems meet quality, governance, and compliance standards.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Share knowledge with the team to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Python for machine learning and data processing.
Proficiency in at least one cloud platform, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and BigQuery for data storage and analysis.
Experience with tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.
Proficiency with at least 1-2 frameworks or tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, PySpark, or Apache Spark.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and business analytics.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
At least 1 year of professional experience in a machine learning or data science role (excluding internships and academic research).
