Purpose
The Junior International Sales Representative is the driving force behind UV Smart’s global sales funnel expansion. Your primary mission is to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from all over the world into loyal customers. You will manage the full sales lifecycle: from the first cold call to visiting hospitals and closing deals internationally together with our resellers. This is a high-growth role designed for an ambitious professional looking to start their career toward becoming an International Sales Manager.

· Global Pipeline Growth: Consistently populate the sales funnel with qualified international opportunities across various territories.
· Market Intelligence & Identification: Identify and validate new high-potential market opportunities each quarter through proactive research.
· Market Presence: Professional representation of UV Smart at international conferences and during on-site hospital visits.
· Seamless Partner Handoff: Ensuring our global resellers receive "vetted" leads, increasing the conversion rate from lead to sale.
· Market Insights: Providing actionable feedback from the field to the Marketing and Product teams.

Responsibilities
Global Lead Development & Management (60%)
· Qualify international leads via phone, email, and video calls to ensure they meet UV Smart’s quality standards.
· Act as the "bridge" between marketing and our global reseller network, ensuring a smooth transition of opportunities.
· Manage the CRM (Zoho) meticulously to track the journey of every global lead.
International Event & Conference Ownership (20%)
· Represent UV Smart on the ground at international medical fairs and congresses.
· Organize "side events" (VIP dinners or coffee meetups) to deepen relationships with potential hospitals.
Market Expansion & intelligence (10%)
· Conduct research on emerging markets (e.g., APAC, Middle East, LATAM) to identify new conferences or reseller opportunities.
· Gather competitor intelligence at events and report back to the leadership team.
· Assist in creating "localized" sales pitches for different regions (using your language skills).
General Sales Support & Administration (10%)
· Support the sales and marketing departments with ad-hoc requests for customer-facing materials.
· Lead the organization of internal commercial events, team-building, and high-profile customer visits to the office.
· Develop and maintain the global events calendar and manage CRM (Zoho) lead inputs.

Knowledge &
Experience
· Experience: You are at the start of your career (approx. 0–2 years of experience). We value potential, drive, and the right mindset over a long CV. A background in Business, Commercial Management or Life Sciences / Medical field. Minimum bachelor’s degree.
· Commercial Drive: You have a natural flair for sales. Whether it was a side job during your studies or a first internship, you’ve shown you aren't afraid to pick up the phone and close a deal.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential) and comfortable learning CRM systems.
· Fluent communication in English, any other European language(s) is a plus.
