Job Overview
We are looking for an AI Trainer to help improve and evaluate AI models by providing high-quality data, feedback, and domain-specific insights. This role involves working closely with AI systems to train, test, and refine their responses across various tasks such as language, reasoning, coding, or domain-specific knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Train AI models by creating, reviewing, and refining prompts and responses
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality
- Perform data annotation, labeling, and categorization tasks
- Provide feedback to improve model performance and reduce errors
- Follow project guidelines and maintain high-quality standards
- Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement of AI systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (CS, Engineering, Linguistics, Math, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
- Comfortable working with tools, spreadsheets, and AI platforms
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI training, data annotation, or content evaluation
- Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering
- Domain expertise (e.g., coding, mathematics, language, finance, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets
