Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Jacksonville, FL. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment regulations, implementing HR initiatives, managing payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The role requires effective communication with employees and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Overseeing recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, enforcing policies, conducting investigations, and managing discplinary actions.
- Performance & Development: Implementing performance management systems, training programs, and succession planning.
- Compliance & HR Strategy: Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, while developing HR strategies that align with business goals.
- HRIS Management: Maintaining HR Records and managing Human Resources Information Systems.
Qualifications
- Experience with Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Proficiency in HR compliance, Policy Development, and Employment Law
- Knowledge of Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Compensation
- Skills in Organizational Development and Change Management
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience); HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
