Human Resources Generalist | On-site
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for manufacturing and warehouse employees, providing support in areas like onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Partner with HR leadership to guide and support employees on performance management, policy interpretation, and development.
• Administer and maintain the HRIS system, processing changes, and auditing employee data.
• Oversee the new hire orientation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration for new team members.
• Manage the employee offboarding process, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
• Support the full life-cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, Generalist, or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
• Knowledge of HR disciplines and employment regulations.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
