Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Support the design and implementation of AI initiatives by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues or roadblocks to meet deadlines and objectives.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the technology or AI industry
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, and data analytics
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in an AI-focused organization or technology company
• Familiarity with programming languages or data science tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, innovative environment
