Job Title: Executive Assistant
Summary
LIPMAN STUDIO seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and manage office operations. The EA will coordinate schedules, ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to the company’s success with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage professional and personal calendars, scheduling appointments and activities.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally in person, via email, and by phone with stakeholders.
- Arrange travel, prepare documents, and provide logistical support as needed.
- Greet and escort visitors, vendors, and clients.
- Draft correspondence, memos, and emails.
- Support meetings by preparing agendas, creating pre-meeting packets, taking notes, and tracking follow-up tasks.
- Maintain availability for communication as needed.
- Run personal errands and undertake special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience minimum as an Executive or Personal Assistant, Fashion, Music, or Film experience a plus.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills for professional interactions with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and social media platforms is a plus.
