Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator at The Westin Washington D.C. City Center, located in the vibrant Washington D.C.-Baltimore area. The HR Coordinator will assist in the daily operations of the Human Resources, including managing HR policies, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations. Responsibilities also include providing support for recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources processes
- Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficiency in HR software systems (Paycor), Microsoft Applications, DLZ by Marriott
