Role overview
As a Content Creator, you concept, script, shoot, and edit high‑performing UGC for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts, delivering strong hooks and conversion‑focused storytelling. You manage end‑to‑end production, act as an on‑camera ambassador, and collaborate with internal and external creators. You optimize content based on performance metrics and stay ahead of platform trends to drive impactful digital results.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept, script, shoot and edit high-performing UGC for TikTok, Meta and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop strong hooks and conversion-focused storytelling suitable and recreational for all markets.
- Ambassador on camera for promotional content.
- Build and manage a diverse European creator network to scale fresh faces in ads.
- Brief, feedback and quality-control external creators.
- Drive creative testing and optimize based on CTR, CPA, ROAS.
- Stay ahead of TikTok & Meta trends, formats, and platform updates.
What will you bring:
- 2+ years in UGC, paid social, performance creation.
- Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut and After Effects).
- Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator for ad asset creation.
- Proven ability to create fast-paced, high-retention ads.
- Experience managing freelance creators (is a plus).
- Data-driven, structured, and hands-on mindset.
- Experience working in agile sprint environments.
- Knowledge of AI tools for creative scaling (auto-captioning, voice-over, variant generation)
