IT Support Specialist – Helmond
Are you a hands-on tech enthusiast who enjoys solving problems and keeping systems running smoothly? We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team on-site in Helmond. In this role, you will be the go-to person for hardware, software, and systems support, ensuring our daily operations never skip a beat.
The Role
- Location: Helmond (100% On-site)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
- Focus: Providing high-quality technical assistance to our team, maintaining infrastructure, and optimizing our business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Software & Cloud: Manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Business Systems: Provide daily support and troubleshooting for our WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Odoo (ERP).
- Network Maintenance: Assist in basic network troubleshooting to ensure consistent connectivity.
- User Training: Act as a helpful resource for staff, guiding them on best practices and new system features.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience: A solid background in IT hardware support and general troubleshooting.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- System Knowledge: Previous experience with Odoo and WMS is highly preferred and will give you a significant head start.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a strong plus given our Helmond location.
- Proactive Mindset: A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
