Cleopatra Enterprise is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team, drive MQL growth, and strengthen our position as the go-to SaaS platform for CAPEX project performance in asset-heavy industries.

With customers across energy, chemicals, infrastructure, and manufacturing, our platform helps teams manage billions in project spend with greater accuracy and control. As demand for data-driven project performance grows, we are expanding our global marketing efforts to accelerate growth.
You will own the marketing strategy across demand generation, content, digital visibility, SEO, GEO, and AI-driven marketing, while leading a team of marketing specialists across content, design, and events. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution power and knows how to turn complex solutions into clear, compelling value for the market.
Your impact
As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with leadership to shape Cleopatra’s go-to-market strategy and expand our global presence in asset-intensive industries. You will play a key role in accelerating growth and increasing market visibility. You will be responsible for building campaigns that generate qualified demand, strengthening Cleopatra’s brand in target industries, and ensuring marketing contributes directly to pipeline and commercial goals.
What you will do
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, inbound demand, and pipeline growth
- Lead and coach a team of marketing professionals across content, graphic design, and event management
- Build and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and support revenue targets
- Own Cleopatra’s digital visibility strategy across SEO, GEO, website performance, email marketing, and social media
- Identify and apply AI opportunities in marketing to improve campaign performance, content effectiveness, targeting, and team productivity
- Shape clear, compelling messaging for Cleopatra’s solutions in cost estimating, project controls, benchmarking, work pack management, and strategic portfolio management
- Oversee content creation across channels, including website, LinkedIn, case studies, brochures, campaigns, webinars, and events
- Support product launches, customer stories, thought leadership, and industry event promotion
- Monitor and report on performance across funnel metrics, MQLs, campaign ROI, and channel effectiveness
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and benefit-led brand voice across all marketing activities
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology
- Proven track record in demand generation and delivering measurable growth in leads, MQLs, and pipeline contribution
- Experience leading or coordinating a multi-disciplinary marketing team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, paid channels, social media, and analytics
- Interest in or experience with AI in marketing and emerging areas such as GEO
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear business value
- Affinity with the engineering field and or asset-heavy industries
- Experience working closely with sales and leadership in a commercial environment
- Strong project management skills and the ability to balance strategy with execution
- Excellent communication skills in English

The salary range for the role is between €5,000 and €6,000 based on full-time employment. In addition, you will receive 29.5 vacation days, a company phone, travel allowance, a good pension scheme, and an annual bonus based on performance and company results.
