Job Description :-

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

Support, maintenance and further development of Windows OS (10/11) for desktop and laptop and AVD/Cloud PC in an office environment with approximately 3000 workstations. Building a good and solid customer relationship so that the customer has confidence in the workplace service

Key responsibilitie

s Supports users via phone, email, voicemail, web interface, and other channel
s.Takes over warmly transferred calls from L1 according to processes and instruction
s.Handles tickets from L1 and identifies shift-left opportunitie
s.Follows work instructions for incident management and escalatio
n.Manages high-priority incidents according to applicable procedure
s.Maintains contact with L3 solving groups when neede
d.Performs Root Cause Analysis as part of Problem Managemen
t.Performs modern device and endpoint management, such as Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and Apple Business Manage
r.Installs applications and troubleshoots through SCCM and Intun
e.Performs COTS software implementation
s.Ensures compatibility of packaged applications with supported Windows version
s.Composes and applies Group Policy Settings (GPO) and system update
s.Applies scripts to manage Windows settings, policies, and securit
y.Manages secure storage and distribution of signing key
s.Provides printer support to end user
