Role Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Community Manager / Brand Manager to strengthen brand presence, build meaningful relationships with audiences, and support brand growth initiatives. This role focuses on managing communities, developing brand strategies, creating engaging content, monitoring audience feedback, and improving overall brand experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase audience interaction and brand awareness.
Manage online communities, social media platforms, and communication channels to build strong relationships with audiences.
Create, coordinate, and review content that reflects brand identity and marketing objectives.
Monitor community discussions, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across different platforms.
Plan and coordinate brand campaigns, promotional activities, and engagement initiatives.
Analyze community performance metrics and prepare reports on audience growth and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and business teams to support brand development.
Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and discussions in a professional and timely manner.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty.
Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and industry trends.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
