We are seeking a Specialist – Talent Acquisition, Retail to drive fast, high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across our portfolio of On stores. In this individual contributor role, you will partner closely with Store Leaders to secure top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Join our elevated TA team to help shape a more proactive, premium retail hiring model.

Your mission

Deliver end-to-end Retail hiring with a high level of executional excellence across your assigned store portfolio.
Partner with Store Leaders to understand hiring needs, guide process steps clearly and support strong hiring decisions.
Play an active role in key hiring moments, including interview activity, hiring days and store-focused talent initiatives.
Build strong candidate slates through effective sourcing, screening and market awareness.

Your story

You are a strong Talent Acquisition professional with experience in Retail or high-volume customer-facing hiring, and you take real pride in delivering a high-quality recruitment experience.
You are organised, responsive and reliable, and you know how to manage hiring processes with pace, structure and professionalism.
You enjoy working closely with hiring managers and are building confidence in how you guide, advise and support them through the hiring process.
You understand that great hiring is not just about speed - it is about strong candidates, thoughtful assessment and a consistent experience for everyone involved.
You are proactive in your approach, curious about the market and motivated to keep improving how you work.
You are comfortable sourcing talent, managing multiple searches and keeping stakeholders aligned, while always maintaining a strong level of candidate care and attention to detail.
Most importantly, you are excited by the opportunity to be part of a more embedded, more premium and more business-connected Retail TA team.
