Role Description

We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and support sustainable business growth. This role is responsible for developing marketing initiatives, managing cross-channel campaigns, analyzing market performance, and ensuring all marketing activities align with organizational goals and brand standards.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, digital marketing, customer success, finance, operations, and executive leadership to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans. Responsibilities include creating annual and campaign-specific marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, managing marketing calendars, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring consistent messaging across digital and traditional communication channels.

The role involves conducting market research, customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness. The Marketing Manager will evaluate consumer behavior, monitor brand performance, and leverage analytical insights to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall marketing return on investment.

Additional responsibilities include managing digital marketing initiatives such as content marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid advertising, social media campaigns, website optimization, and marketing automation. The position will also oversee product launch activities, event marketing, partnership campaigns, public relations initiatives, and integrated communication strategies that strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.

The Marketing Manager will prepare marketing budgets, monitor campaign expenditures, evaluate performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop executive reports that communicate marketing outcomes and strategic recommendations. The role requires close collaboration with creative teams to develop high-quality marketing assets, maintain brand consistency, and ensure all customer-facing materials reflect organizational values and objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, integrated marketing communications, customer engagement, and market positioning.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, display advertising, and marketing automation.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and organizational strategy.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research methodologies, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, or comparable online advertising platforms.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar applications.
Understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) including WordPress or comparable website management platforms.
Ability to monitor marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable business recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling marketing content and deliver effective presentations.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders simultaneously.
