Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Penetration Tester to join our Solitary Operations division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in penetration testing and cybersecurity, with a passion for identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities. This role involves conducting penetration tests, assessing security risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our security posture.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct penetration tests on systems, networks, and applications to identify security vulnerabilities.
Develop and execute test plans and methodologies to assess security risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security improvements and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cybersecurity and apply new techniques to ongoing projects.
Document and report findings, providing actionable recommendations to enhance security.
Provide training and support to team members on penetration testing best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Strong experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
Proficiency in security tools and technologies such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nessus.
Solid understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security architectures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in ethical hacking and red team operations.
Background in threat intelligence and incident response.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
Previous experience in mentoring or leading security teams.
