The role

We’re looking for a confident and relentless Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Supply Growth team. You’ll be on the front lines of our supplier acquisition efforts, reaching out to Health & Beauty suppliers across Europe and the UK. Your mission is to book high-quality meetings for our Procurement Specialists by engaging decision-makers - from C-level executives to operational stakeholders - and pitching Qogita with clarity and impact.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume outbound environments, loves connecting with people, doesn’t mind using the phone and has a talent for turning cold leads into warm opportunities.

What You'll Do

Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to potential suppliers
Qualify leads and secure meetings for the Procurement team
Tailor outreach to different roles (CEO, Commercial, Operations) and company types
Collaborate with the Procurement and Lead Gen teams to refine targeting
Maintain clean and accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot)
Share insights and feedback to help improve outreach strategy and messaging
Track performance metrics and contribute to a high-performing sales pipeline

What You'll Bring

1-2 years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role
Proven experience booking qualified meetings via phone and email
Comfortable speaking with all levels of stakeholders, from owners to assistants
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is preferred
Resilient, confident, and able to handle rejection and feedback with a growth mindset
Able to prioritize, multitask, and manage a high number of touchpoints daily
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs is a plus
Interest in wholesale, eCommerce, or the Health & Beauty industry is a bonus
