About The Role

The HR Coordinator serves as the essential HR point of contact, fostering collaboration with the local operations team to create a positive and engaging employee experience. This role involves advocating for employees, partnering with warehouse leadership, and ensuring the implementation of a consistent Stord culture. The HR Coordinator manages day-to-day HR functions and strives to continuously improve the employee experience, adapting to the dynamic environment of a startup.

This role is onsite Monday-Friday.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary HR contact for all HR-related matters in the warehouse, providing consistent and dependable support.
Collaborate with management on corrective actions, investigations, escalations, time and attendance requests, and benefits questions.
Provide daily/weekly attendance reports to operations leadership, tracking UPT, PTO, callouts, and general attendance compliance.
Develop and maintain SOPs for people programs and processes to ensure legal compliance and industry consistency.
Advocate for employees while empowering them and their managers to self-advocate.
Analyze people data to identify trends and provide proactive engagement opportunities and solutions.
Enforce people policies with input from the operations team to ensure best practices.
Create and maintain a positive culture that balances operational efficiency with supportive people programs.
Organize and implement ideas for employee engagement and operational excellence, in collaboration with the 1P People team.
