About the Company

We're currently partnering with a leading independent corporate finance advisory firm in Amsterdam that is looking to hire an M&A Associate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team advising entrepreneurs, private equity investors and corporates on domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of dynamic sectors.

About the Role

The role:

Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
Build financial models and valuation analyses
Prepare client presentations and transaction materials
Coordinate due diligence processes
Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal lifecycle

Qualifications

3–5 years of M&A investment banking experience
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam
