Overview

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Manager to support business growth in Italy and Southern Europe. This role focuses on developing customer relationships and supporting sales activities in the e-bike and two-wheeler industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with early-stage sales experience who are eager to grow in an international and technical business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support regional sales activities and help implement sales plans
Identify and approach potential B2B customers (OEM/ODM)
Assist in managing customer relationships and ongoing projects
Support quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, etc.)
Track market trends and share insights with the team
Report sales progress and pipeline updates

Requirements

Experience

1–3 years of sales or business development experience (B2B preferred)
Experience or interest in e-bikes, bicycles, mobility, or technical products is a plus

Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently with guidance
Basic commercial awareness and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)

Languages

Fluent in English
Fluent in Italian is a strong plus; other Southern European languages are beneficial
