Overview

As EnVogue International continues to grow, we are seeking an Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO and leadership team.

This is a highly visible hybrid role that combines executive support, operational coordination, project management, and organizational accountability. You'll manage the day-to-day priorities that keep our executive team productive while helping drive key initiatives, improve internal processes, and support company growth.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional Executive Assistant who enjoys being deeply involved in business operations and wants to expand their impact beyond traditional administrative support. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive decision-making, strategic projects, and operational leadership, with potential growth into broader operations or Chief of Staff responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage the CEO's calendar, communications, meetings, and priorities.

• Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements and related logistics.

• Handle select personal and administrative matters to maximize executive productivity.

Operations & Project Coordination

• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and leadership team, ensuring alignment on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Track key reports, action items, and business initiatives to support accountability and execution.

• Assist with executive reporting, presentations, and special projects.

Process & Workplace Operations

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and operational efficiency.

• Partner with the Office Manager on workplace initiatives, vendor coordination, and office expansion projects.

• Provide backup support for office operations and administrative functions as needed.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

• Manage sensitive business and personal information with the highest level of discretion.

• Build strong relationships across the organization while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an executive support, operations, project coordination, or similar role, preferably supporting senior leaders or executives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, coordinate across teams, and drive follow-through on priorities and deadlines.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.

• Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive business and personal information with discretion and sound judgment.
