We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Partner and Co-Head of the New York office. 3Arts touches every corner of the industry, and this role sits specifically at the intersection of the creator economy, journalism, and the experts and distinctive voices who shape public conversation.

The right candidate is proactive, polished, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They follow the media landscape closely, are genuinely curious about what’s happening in the world, and are a native consumer of digital platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Substack, Instagram, and beyond. They have experience and/or demonstrated interest in news, current events, journalism, and/or politics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the inbox. Organize, prioritize, and respond to correspondence from clients, executives, talent, press, and industry partners with precision, warmth, and discretion; draft emails (including from dictation) as needed.
Manage and prioritize a complex, constantly changing calendar including calls, meetings, travel, and events; maintain a dynamic call list and task list across simultaneous priorities.
Coordinate high-priority meetings end-to-end. Review related correspondence in advance, prepare briefings, and own all follow-up. Take notes when necessary.
Support contract negotiations and legal review: document in real time, liaise with in-house counsel and business affairs, and handle all confidential materials with full discretion.
Support new business development and client onboarding.
Track industry news across entertainment, media, journalism, and the creator economy. Share relevant information proactively and continuously look for ways to improve workflow.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Prior experience or demonstrated interest in journalism, news, media, or a related field a requirement.
Background at a management company, agency, law firm, or production company or as an assistant in a fast-paced environment a plus.
Operates as a true extension of the executive. Proactively driving priorities, keep all workstreams moving, and flag potential issues without being asked.
Familiarity with the talent management, journalism, and digital media landscape; fluent in the creator economy and current platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Substack, Instagram)
Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with high-profile media personalities and executives.
Proficient in Mac/iOS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
Highly organized, detail-obsessed, discreet, and exercises sound judgment at all times.
Demonstrated interest in journalism
