We’re seeking a strategic, people‑centered Human Resources Director to lead HR operations, culture, and talent strategy across a multistate, primarily hourly/driver-based workforce. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR leader who thrives in fast‑paced, field‑heavy environments and knows how to elevate both people and processes.

What You’ll Lead

Strategic HR & Culture: Build and execute best‑in‑class HR policies, strengthen organizational culture, and partner with executive leadership to enhance collaboration and employee experience.
Talent Strategy: Support talent initiatives for an hourly wage workforce; partner with Corporate TA to drive strong recruiting outcomes; oversee onboarding and new‑hire orientation.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Lead investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations; manage all employment law matters including EEOC responses; ensure compliance across all locations.
Training & Performance: Develop leadership training for middle management, define HR KPIs, and recommend strategies to reduce turnover and absenteeism.
Operational HR Leadership: Manage HR staff, oversee HR programs across corporate and regional teams, and serve as the primary HR partner for internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of HR leadership experience, including multi‑location or regional oversight
SPHR, GPHR, or similar certification
Proven success supporting 500+ employees in field‑based or technical environments
Strong expertise in employment law, employee relations, compensation, and organizational planning
Exceptional communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills
Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail
