A fast-growing, global technology company is seeking a polished and motivated individual to join its People team as an Administrative Assistant. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 0 to 2 years of professional experience who is looking to build a strong foundation at the start of their career.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the chance to build hands-on experience across executive support, HR operations, and recruiting within a dynamic and growing organization.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this position provides administrative and operational support across leadership and HR functions, with a focus on supporting the CEO and CFO.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage complex calendaring for the CEO, including investor and internal meetings
Provide light calendar support for the CFO
Process expense reports in a timely manner
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements through Navan

HR and Recruiting Operations

Assist with onboarding processes and employee documentation in Workday
Support interview coordination alongside AI-driven scheduling tools
Maintain accurate and organized internal systems and workflows

Office and Administrative Support

Manage incoming mail and deliveries
Provide general office coordination and support
Assist with day-to-day needs of a hybrid office environment

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred
0 to 2+ years of professional experience
Strong communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership
Interest in building a career in HR, People Operations
