Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and reliable Entry-Level HR Assistant to support onboarding, compliance, and employee documentation processes. In this role, you will communicate with Independent Facilitators, vendors, and co-employees to collect and verify required credentials and employment-related documentation. This position is ideal for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources, employee relations, or compliance administration.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with phone-based outreach and follow-up communication
Customer service experience with the ability to build professional relationships
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
