Your Profile:

Demonstrated ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within a small to medium-sized business.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and taking ownership of tasks.
Capacity for independent work while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
A solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving results.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
Strong communication skills, enabling clear articulation of financial information.
A completed degree in Finance or a related field.
Competence in utilizing accounting software, including Exact Online, WeFact, Moss, and Xero.

Your Responsibilities:

As an integral member of our Finance Team, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and commercial teams, and engage with colleagues across our offices in the Netherlands, Sweden, and Singapore. This role offers a varied and engaging workload with opportunities to contribute across different aspects of our financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust financial procedures, budgets, and accounting processes.
Develop and maintain forecasting models
Drive SaaS cost strategy
Provide strategic support for shareholder updates
Managing the day-to-day financial administration, encompassing accounts receivable and payable, general ledger management, and payment processing.
Optimize and scale financial processes, systems and dashboards
Preparing accurate and timely monthly financial reports and managing the payroll process.
preparing comprehensive documentation for annual financial statements.
