The Dutch subsidiary is established in 2018 and located in Amsterdam. For our Financial Department we are looking for an:

Junior Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting and reconciliation of accounts (Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash management, Fixed assets);
Shop revenue check and other various store related checks
Assist the Finance Manager in preparing bi-monthly internal financial reports to the group, Local Statutory accounts (local GAAP) and Group reporting package (IFRS), financial cash flow reporting and planning.
You are the point of contact in communication with suppliers and other business partners
Participation in the audit & contact with external auditors

PROFILE

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance

EXPERIENCE: 1 – 3 years’ experience in accounting

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Knowledge of Dutch GAAP (IFRS knowledge would be beneficial)
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and organized
Flexible and capable to work with tight reporting deadlines
Previous retail experience and knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not essential
Proficient in English and preferably Dutch
