We are a fast-growing global company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will support HR operations in the U.S., with a primary focus on recruitment coordination and administrative HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding support
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support HR compliance by helping prepare documentation and tracking deadlines for employee-related matters
Assist in the coordination of benefits administration and employee inquiries
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support general office administration as needed

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in Human Resources, recruitment coordination, or administrative support.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices in the U.S.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with HRIS or ATS is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
