Job Title : HR Data Specialist (Workday)

Location : Mountain View, CA (Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite)

Duration : 5 weeks contract

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to assist with a high-volume data migration project. The primary responsibility is the accurate categorization and uploading of sensitive employee personnel documents into the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and audit physical or digital employee files for completeness.

· Upload documents to specific worker profiles in Workday using correct document categories and naming conventions.

· Ensure data integrity and maintain strict confidentiality of PII (Personally Identifiable Information).

· Flag any data discrepancies or missing documentation to the HR Operations team.

Qualifications:

· Required: Hands-on experience navigating the Workday HCM platform.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.

· Previous experience handling sensitive HR records or document management is required.
