Role Description

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, and portfolio initiatives across the Benelux market. You will lead cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management while overseeing campaign execution, product launches, and retail activations to deliver impactful brand experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social, and traditional channels.
Manage campaign timelines, coordinate with external agencies and internal teams, and oversee project details for smooth delivery.
Drive daily execution of brand activations, including in-store displays, POS materials, promotions, and events.
Work closely with customer marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging at retail points and consumer touchpoints.
Localize regional content to align with brand guidelines and suit target audiences effectively.
Collaborate with sales, customer marketing, and other departments to support product launches, in-store promotions, and consumer communications.
Monitor and control marketing budgets; manage purchase orders, invoices, and administrative tasks related to campaign execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in brand management and marketing execution, preferably within FMCG.
Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and activations.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French language skills are a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Fiori, and Ariba is advantageous.
