As we continue to expand in the Benelux region, we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead and execute our brand and communication strategy locally.

Your Responsibilities

Support the Chinese Brand Director in executing the overall brand strategy
Define and adapt brand positioning and communication strategy for the local market
Plan and execute brand campaigns, launches, events, and activations
Manage relationships with local PR and communication agencies, including vendor selection and coordination
Oversee the creation and localization of marketing and communication materials
Lead product communication strategy, including defining key selling points and go-to-market plans
Coordinate brand presence at events, auto shows, and regional activations
Monitor media channels, manage community engagement, and support crisis communication when needed
Support and guide dealers in executing brand communication activities
Contribute to building and managing a local brand team

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within the automotive industry
Strong experience in brand positioning, communication strategy, and campaign execution
Experience managing PR agencies and external partners
Good understanding of media landscape and consumer behavior
Experience working with product marketing, ideally in SUVs or new energy vehicles
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
Creative mindset with strong execution capabilities
Fluent in English & native in Dutch (additional languages are a plus)
