A rapidly growing, innovative biotechnology company is seeking a strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to partner closely with executive leadership and business leaders across the organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and change management in a fast-paced, science-driven environment.

Responsibilities
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and difficult people matters
• Lead organizational change initiatives while helping teams successfully navigate growth and transformation
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and provide recommendations to leadership
• Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and leadership development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while mitigating organizational risk
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations
• Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic business initiatives as needed
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that supports innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree, MBA, or relevant advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leadership
• Experience partnering with Director, Vice President, and Executive-level leaders
• Biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, organizational development, change management, talent management, and employment law
• Experience supporting organizations through periods of rapid growth and change
• Excellent business acumen, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging HR data to drive business decisions
