Are you a curious student fascinated by generative AI and the way it is reshaping the modern workplace? Join IHC and help us bring AI into the hands of every employee. As an intern within the AIDA program, you will work hands-on with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and custom AI agents, and help shape how our colleagues use these tools in their day-to-day work.
What will you do: The AIDA program (AI, Data and Automation) operationalizes de organisatie’s AI strategy. You will join a small, driven team with a passion for technology and innovation. Depending on your interests, you will focus on one or a combination of the following directions: -
Copilot adoption & enablement — help scale Microsoft 365 Copilot across the business. You will co-develop training, run workshops, collect user feedback, and translate real business pain into concrete use cases.
- Building Copilot agents — design and build tailored agents in Copilot Studio that plug into IHC systems, data and workflows. You will learn how to ground agents on our own content and connect them to the tools our colleagues already use.
- AI & automation experiments — prototype new AI-driven workflows together with business domains (engineering, services, supply chain) and help us measure the impact. Responsibilities: - Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot within IHC.
- Develop training materials and facilitate workshops, demos and Q&A sessions for employees.
- Design, build and test Copilot Studio agents tailored to IHC business scenarios.
- Collect feedback, track adoption metrics and help turn insights into improvements.
- Contribute to best practices, guidelines and responsible-AI standards for AI use at IHC. What we offer: - A monthly internship allowance of €652,– based on a full-time week.
- Reimbursement of your travel expenses.
- Guidance from experienced AI and IT professionals, and the freedom to explore your own ideas.
- Space to combine your internship work with your graduation assignment or thesis.
- Flexible working hours and hybrid working — partially from our Kinderdijk office, partially from home.
- A meaningful opportunity to help shape the future of the maritime industry with AI.
