We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our onsite IT support team in Hilversum, North Holland.
π Location: Oscar Romerolaan 3, Hilversum, North Holland
β° Shift: 10:00 AM β 1:00 PM (4 hours/day)

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (4 days/week)
πΆ Salary: β¬2,000 per month

Requirements
Dutch language proficiency B2 or C1
Valid Dutch work visa or legal working rights until 2028
1β3 years of experience in Desktop Support, Helpdesk, or IT Support
π» Technical Skills
Windows 10/11 Administration
Microsoft 365 & Outlook
Active Directory (User Management & Password Resets)
Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Printer & Peripheral Troubleshooting
Hardware Diagnostics & Replacement
Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
Remote Support Tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune & SCCM (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
π Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation are an advantage
β Preferred Skills
Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or Autopilot
Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
Android & iOS device support
Basic AV/VC and conference room support
