Position Overview
As YAYA continues to grow — adding new employees, hotels, and systems — the pace and complexity of day-to-day IT support is increasing. The IT Support & Workspace Manager will be the backbone of our operational IT, ensuring systems, access, and workspaces function reliably across both our internal team and hotel partners.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and doesn't need to be told twice. You'll be the first line of response when things go wrong — and in a 24/7 hospitality environment, things will go wrong. Beyond firefighting, you'll play a key role in keeping our infrastructure secure, our team equipped, and our operations running without friction.

This role operates on a fixed PM shift schedule (15:00 – 23:00) with weekends always included. This reflects the nature of our business — our hotels and teams don't stop, and neither do we. We are open to revisiting shift hours further down the line, but this is not expected to change in the near term.
We believe in being upfront so you can make the right decision for yourself before applying.
